What is done at the new outpatient surgery

center?

Dr. Ellen Dillavou serves as the lead surgeon at Triangle Vascular Surgery Center in Durham, NC. In her role as a vascular surgeon, Dr. Dillavou performs access  creations and access revisions. Revisions include treating Steal Syndrome,  repairing aneurysms, patch angioplasties, and treatment for infections.

The following procedures are also performed at the Durham location:

• Fistulograms
• Thrombectomies
• Catheter insertions, exchanges, and removals
• Maturation checks

The new center is an extension of their Triangle Vascular Associates outpatient center in Cary, NC. The Cary center has been open for 17 years and provides the following nonsurgical procedures:

• Uterine fibroid embolization (UFE)
• Hemorrhoid artery embolization (HAE)
• Prostate artery embolization (PAE)
• Varicose, spider, and pelvic veins
• Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD)
• Genicular artery embolization (GAE)
