First-time visit to this location. I have been an Azura patient since I received my fistula and have received maintenance from Azura staff at least 6 times at other locations. WONDERFUL, AWESOME nursing and administrative staff including Ms. Mel, Ms. Stella, Ms. Serena, Ms. Rachel and others are staff yesterday are the ones who are the true hallmark of the Azura/Bustleton location. Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to meet the medical director, Dr. Saleet, however, I did have the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Gray. As a result of this encounter, I hope to the Lord, I will NEVER, EVER return. Dr. Gray may have the knowledge base and skillset in the vascular arena, however, his bedside manner is HORRIBLE. After voicing my legitimate concerns regarding my serious medical condition, Dr. Gray began to talk down to me, told me he had 30 years of experience and was subject-matter expert, as he was walking away while I was trying to explain my situation. Not once did Dr. Gray take my concerns into consideration, or even empathize only that he did not know why I was experiencing continued symptoms. He was rude, arrogant, self-seeking and should retire, ASAP. Dr. Gray needs to know professionalism still counts, and he should treat everyone with respect and courtesy!!! This experience is my first and last visit at this location. There are way too many choices out here to be subjected to such behavior. Due to this experience, I will give a 1 star, however, it really deserves a negative stars.
