My nurse Richard is amazing and always very helpful, I wouldn't come here if it was not for him. And I have heard from others as well they would not return if it was not for him. Great Job for making my experience peaceful

I love CURTISSA!!!! She is amazing! Always makes me feel at home!!!. Venice is so wonderful and full of new information and willing to take time to educate.

1. Front desk was rude and told loveone 'i heard you" in a very unprofessional manor. I bit my tongue. 2 Texas is open now. After sitting in lobby over a hour same employee tells me i have to go sit in my car. And in her attitude if i had keys?. No heffer we rode here on a dang horse. 3. Due to the results of this visit i will make sure my love one does not come here if treatmebt is needed.

Probably the least professional, most incompetent bunch of support staff I have ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. I have accompanied my father in law on three occasions. On every visit, something goes wrong. It is never easy. The only reason he returns is that the doctors are very good but they are notoriously slow, always way behind schedule. His last appointment was for 2:00 and he sat there until almost 4:00 before they called him back from the waiting room. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
