Located in Northeast Philadelphia, our comfortable outpatient center is focused on providing a convenient, personalized, timely and patient first environment. Our treatments include a full range of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures used for dialysis access management and in the treatment of Fistula Creation, PD Catheter Placement, hemorrhoid embolization and non-surgical treatment for uterine fibroids.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Shadi Sallit, is a board certified, fellowship-trained specialist in interventional nephrology. He, along with our entire clinical team are leaders in the field and are proud to serve the Northeast Philadelphia community. Prompt appointments: For our dialysis access management patients we offer same day/next day appointments when at all possible, allowing you to return to dialysis quickly. Convenient scheduling of appointments is also available for the other treatments we provide. At our center, patients avoid the complexities of a hospital admission, allowing you to return home to recover that same day.

Exceptional patient care: Patients encounter a team that is courteous and respectful. Individual needs are accommodated to ensure patients are comfortable.

Efficient and customized communication: Immediate post-procedure reports are sent, and comprehensive reports follow within 24 hours after the procedure. We partner with your physician care team, focusing on coordinating your vascular care.

Educational programs: We provide opportunities for patients to enhance their understanding of their vascular condition. We actively encourage patients to become their own experts by providing educational support through our website, patient brochures, and educational sessions.
