Richard D. Blair, MD, is an interventional nephrologist specializing in dialysis access management. He performs minimally invasive procedures to treat dysfunctional vascular accesses, providing critical care and maintenance to those with a dialysis access. Dr. Blair is the medical director of Vascular Care of Greenville and Vascular Care of New Bern in North Carolina.
Dr. Blair is a graduate of Harvard Medical School. After earning his medical degree, he completed a general surgery internship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, followed by an internal medicine residency at Saint Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Resident.
