Stephen Loehr, MD, is an interventional radiologist specializing in dialysis access management, interventional oncology procedures and treatment for peripheral arterial disease, varicose veins, uterine fibroids and varicoceles. Dr. Loehr is the medical director of Triangle Vascular Associates in Cary, North Carolina.
Dr. Loehr earned his medical degree from Bowman Gray Center for Medical Education at Wake Forest® School of Medicine. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the Mallinkrodt Institute of Radiology and Wake Forest School of Medicine, and a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Alexandria Hospital.
Dr. Loehr currently serves as a member of the Medical Advisory Board of Azura Vascular Care. He co-authored numerous publications and was named “Top Doctor” in Cary Magazine. He is a Durham, North Carolina, native and currently lives there with his wife and beautiful daughter.
Dr. Loehr is board certified in diagnostic radiology and also earned a Certificate of Added Qualification in vascular and interventional radiology.
